Richard (Dic)- is considered a Connoisseur of Northern Baltimore County Residential Real Estate since 1989.  Whether it be Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Luxury or Estates Homes or Distressed (Short-Sale ) Properties, Richard has vast experience with any of these Transaction.

In his first full year in real estate (1990 ) Richard was Voted the Coveted "Rookie of the Year" Award.  He has also received the "President’s" Award and Belongs to Esteemed "RE/MAX 100-% Club".

Richard is a member in good standing with The Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, The Maryland Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. He has also been associated with The Johns Hopkins Children’s Miracle Network & The Susan B. Komen Cancer Fund over the last 10-years.

Richard was Born, Raised and Educated in Northern Baltimore County. He is married to the Stunning Jean Dailey.  He has 3 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren. In his private life Richard enjoys, Cooking, Music, Nature Walks, Reading, still practices Magic which has been a hobby since he was 10, plus Marketing, Computers.
